Currently the companies have different needs on the profile of their employees, for this reason the importance that these give to appearance or the performance of its employees is related with its main activity, objectives and business strategies.
In most cases the companies give more importance to the performance, because for these the good work guarantees that its products will be created with the best quality and effectiveness in its process; therefore for these companies the appearance takes a second place.
On the other hand, there are companies that place appearance over performance, because for these companies the image shows what is the product or service that it offers.
In conclusion, appearance or performance should be a mixture of factors so that the company achieves its objectives through an excellent human talent.
